RE: Delisting

 

The Issuer would like to announce that it has applied to the Irish Stock Exchange plc, trading as Euronext Dublin (“Euronext Dublin”), to delist the above Notes of the Issuer from the Official List and from trading on the Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin.

Euronext Dublin has agreed to delist the Notes of the Issuer with immediate effect.
