Online and mobile for home delivery and click & collect
We are committed to serving customers in the channel of their choice from online and mobile to our stores. In many countries customers can order foreign currency at great rates online through our website and via the mobile app in select countries. We continue to expand the digital services offered in all countries and improve our existing offerings to deliver optimum access and convenience for our customers.
Our click & collect service allows customers to choose from over 40 currencies as well as pre-paid currency cards to have delivered directly to their home, or to collect in one of our stores.
ATMs
We operate over 800 Travelex ATMs around the world. Our ATMs allow customers to purchase foreign or local currency simply by using their card. This self-serve option provides exchange rates displayed on screen and currency that is dispensed in less than a minute.
Remittance and international money transfer
We offer a range of remittance and money transfer products around the world. In the Middle East and parts of Asia, we provide remittance services to customers in our retail stores.
Our digital international money transfer service is currently available in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan. This web and mobile offering gives our customers the ability to transfer money directly from their bank account to a receiver’s bank account across 50 corridors.
Prepaid cards
Our multi-currency prepaid cards are a flexible, secure and convenient option for customers’ travel money needs. Cards can be topped up when the balance runs low, offer ATM cash withdrawals and are accepted at over 35 million MasterCard merchants worldwide.
By loading cards directly with foreign currency our customers are able to lock in exchange rates for their trip and spend with confidence while traveling abroad. The Travelex mobile app allows prepaid card customers to manage their card on the go including viewing their balance, transaction history, moving money between currencies on the card and topping up.
Outsourcing
We provide foreign currency services to a wide variety of partners, who usually have recognisable distribution networks and consumer brands (e.g. supermarkets, retail banks). Our outsourcing business enables our partners to provide their customers access to foreign currency quickly, securely and via a choice of channels. Our partners can opt for an entire end-to-end foreign exchange operation or simply choose a customised selection of products and services that suit their business needs.
Wholesale banknotes
We are a market leading supplier of wholesale banknotes to hundreds of global financial institutions and central banks. We pride ourselves on the unrivalled ability to source and distribute banknotes across the globe.
