We’re present in over 115 international airports, including 19 of the 30 busiest airport hubs. Each year, over 1.7 billion people pass through airports we operate in.

VAT refunds

VAT refunds for passengers in countries outside the European Union are one of our most-requested services. Our IT systems are already integrated with Global Blue and Premiere Tax Free, the sector’s main operators, and we have many years experience operating in this field.

Cash management

Our complete service includes selling tickets, collecting and exchanging payments from on-board sales and charges paid to cabin crew. We’re also able to offer airline companies services like refunds for cancelled boarding and collecting excess baggage charges.

Per diem expenses

When flight delays mean travellers are entitled to claim per diem expenses, we’re able to co-ordinate this service for airlines.

Foreign coin services

We can turn mixed foreign coins into working capital and have the systems and expertise to process and sort high volumes. Travelex provides the link between airlines and charities, helping the likes of Comic Relief, UNICEF, Born Free and Cancer Research to benefit from coins collected by British Airways, United Airlines, Qantas and so on.
